Jags win second region title in four years, holding on in a great game at Lynn Camp in finals. After great defensive plays by Nelson of KC and Capobianco of North kept it scoreless early, North got a run on a sac fly. KC answered with two in the fifth, but I thought a key to the game was North pitcher Weston Griebel avoiding further damage that inning with a pickoff and a strikeout. North retook the lead on a two-run double by Capobianco in the bottom of the inning, and the Jags held on from there. KC had the tying run on third with two outs in the seventh, and Griebel hit his pitch limit, but Capobianco came on in relief to get a strikeout and send North to what should be a very good first round matchup with Hazard next Friday. They split two games in the regular season.
