Blackcats led going into the 4th quarter but had mental mistakes that cost them the game. Blackcats looked so much better tonight, passing the ball, working the "O" giving it 110% for 3 quarters and in the 4th the one of the wheels fell off and just couldnt get it back on the pavement. One player took for P'burg took some pretty poor shots, but the rest had good looks. Patton had a rough game under the goal, he'd be going good and then totally gassed.
could it be medical? Bobby Hughes and Taylor Clark ran the "O" good tonight. they continue to get better every game. The Big men have to take it strong to the hole and lay it up soft. P'burg had poor passes the whole game giving turnovers. Allen Central is a pretty solid team and play in control and work the ball well Congrats on the win. The Blackcats will continue to get better each game, congrats on the progress, keep it up.

Well Prestonsburg has def. shown much improvement from previous games! They did an awesome job up until the 4th quarter & when Allen Central got a 5+ lead, Prestonsburg just couldn't come back! But Blackcats you did awesome! And congrats Allen Central!

I agree blackcat mc. The cats just got tired but expected this early in the season with so few practices for the football players. I also thought the cats press hurt the cats. They gave up to many easy baskets and wasn't that effective as the Rebs played several kids. One of the other things I saw was late in the 1st, I think with about 1:40+ to go, Coach Crisp with a 13-7 lead and the Cats on a roll pulled 4 of 5 starters and the Cats only scored about 8-9 more points the rest of the half. But overall a much inproved Blackcat team, keep working you are getting there. The bigs have to make the easy shots inside. Congrats to Central they played well. Martin had a huge second half and Hammonds played a very solid game tonight.

This was a very exciting game to watch. But in the 4th quarter Prestonsburg couldnt do anything. I'm very proud of my blackcats though cause they didnt have 20+ fouls in this one, they pressed alot better, took better shot selections, and found the open man. Congrats AC, Martin had a real good game and so did Hammonds.

Blackcats did a much better job passing the ball last night. Pburg held Martin to 1 point in the first half and denied the basketball to the paint. Yet, you have to give credit to Allen Central for adjusting to the up tempo style that Prestonsburg wanted to play. The Rebels were "runnin" like the old days in the second half and Martin ended up with 21 as he was the recipent of several fast break passes.

Good game from Farley Jo off the bench.

Josh Prater had 5 assist and some dandy passes.

Overall, AC shot 53% from the field.
