Noise from the north. Is Estill better than advertised? Coach Bentley
was a good player who turned out better than advertised. The sort
of work and attention to detail that it takes for a player to improve
after high school is the stuff that produces good coaches. The Haddix
boy from Breathitt showed the same stuff in football. That is one of
the few opportunities offered to late bloomers--an understanding of the
game and the work needed on the parts at hand to win.
