Can someone explain the odd/low in odd years, even/high in even years to me.... Im sure its simple, but I just cant figure it out....

In odd number years, the teams in odd number regions get to host the region and semi-final games, and in even number years even number regions host the region game and semi-final games

I was pretty sure that it was connected with the region, but wasnt exactly sure... thanks for the info

Also, it explains that during the 3rd round of the playoffs, that the highest numbered district will host if they are both even or both odd during even years, and that the lowest numbered district will host if they are both even or both odd during odd years.
