First stiff test for the IRISH. Golson should lead them to victory.

I love these great games on Saturday nights! The FSU game last week was awesome. Now this one.

Big test for Notre Dame, Stanford is tough as hell.

Right now, I have to give Stanford a slight edge by a tiny, tiny margin.

Stanford - 31

Notre Dame - 27

I think the Cardinal get this one, 23-20.
#6
Notre Dame overrated as usual. Stanford is a little down but still win by 10.

Hard to believe Stanford has fallen on this hard of times.

The all over rated tour. Right there with Michigan, North Carolina and USC. Look like good wins but are mediocre.

Nah those are easy wins....

Sorry we don't rush the field after beating unranked opponents like BBN...

Stanford, Florida State and Arizona State are the only decent teams on ND's schedule and Stanford is down. If they would have anticipated Arizona State being this good they would have not scheduled that game. 3 bottom feeders from Big 10 and a paper tiger in USC. Navy and Rice are not much better than 1AA. 2of 4 ACC games are bottom feeders. Scheduling teams with a great history for name recognition appears to be the approach here. Tards will give them a good game but they are down from recent years. Play a bunch of marshmallos and hope you beat the couple of good teams on your schedule. Spread those good teams out so it is easier to focus on those games.

^ sorry we couldn't schedule Vandy, Ohio, UL-Monroe, and Tenn-Martin...

All I'm going to say about Stanford is; they're better than South Carolina

South Carolina and Florida not very good, plain and simple.
