Thoughts, Predictions? Ashland poorly poorly coached and Boyd is smelling blood in the water. I can see this being closer then many think. I'll take Ashland by 2 scores. 34- 20.:popcorn:

Very unballanced offensively. Look at pikeville, hazard, raceland...smaller schools but compete with the upper level big schools...run-pass almost always 60/40-50/50.

Love has made some changes on OLine and DLine along with moving long and Baker to safeties. Shouldn't break to many long runs against us

Prince can't throw consistently we could have been up 56-7 but Prince overthrows or under throws receivers. He did throw a nice TD pass to O'Byran though. Left at half started raining again

I think Love is in over his head and if we had a different coach this disaster of a season would be a lot different. Funny how W's make things seem not as bad though.

Baker and him are friends on Instagram saw a post he tells Baker to ball out and Baker says he will, then Baker asks him if he is still enrolling at Ashland and he said yes will be their in November. Also asked at game tonight to someone in the know or should be and he confirmed it. We will see.

I'm surprised you where there at all seeing how your a fair weather fan. A couple weeks ago you where done with Ashland. I guess after next week you'll be singing the praises of Ashland again. If your going to be done with Ashland then be done. Move across the river and root for one of those teams. Go north and root for FTH with ol Harry Rex.

I'm pathetic, no I was not happy with the coaching or the play on the field. Been at every game and will be win or lose. Just not happy with the direction this team is heading and voicing my opinion.

YOU'RE not happy? How bout us BC fans who saw so many positive things just 2 weeks ago against Russell...and then to see our team not even show up last night? BC did NOTHING right last night....linemen didn't block...QB was way off target....DL and LB's didn't pursue the ball....secondary - P.U.....I know I left some aspect out, but I'm so disgusted at this point.....and Good God, Gilliam....put Cade under center and run a wedge or QB sneak when it's 3rd or 4th and a foot!!!

Boyd looked bad very bad. Ashland made Boyd look very slow. On a side note Ashland schedule next season will change a little. Drop Sheldon Clark add East Carter district game and drop NCC add Lexington Tate's Creek!

No offense taken, my friend. I have been called a pompous arrogant ass on many occasions. It kind of goes with my profession.

I do feel the need to caution the Ashland fans against getting too euphoric. Rowan County and Boyd County are two of the absolute worst teams in Class 4A. Sheldon Clark and Greenup County will be more of the same.

I know you have to play these district games but a good opponent rather than Sheldon Clark, even if you lost, would serve to help you prepare for Johnson Central. These four big wins will only inflate the team and individual statistics. But they won't help otherwise.
