Letcher County Central @ Somerset 9/26

The Jumpers battled last week for a half at Glasgow, but have struggled putting 4 quarters together all season. Is this the one that gets them back on track?

I'll take LCC 34-20 at the Briar Patch.

Somerset put a beating on LCC last year, hope the Cougars dont overlook them! Whitley was winless last year when LCC went down there and that didnt turn out so good. Cougars better focus and they need another win for confidence going into district play.

Having seen both these teams, I think they match up pretty evenly despite Somerset not winning so far. (TBF, they've played a very tough schedule).

I think Somerset will prevail at home and pick up their 1st win of the season, in a close one.

Somerset - 34

Letcher County Central - 28

My score will change of Doan plays. 31-24 Somerset, just in case.

Doubt Doan plays since he just came back today.

Not anymore. Back to the Jumpers.

From what I understand the kid was forced to move due to extenuating circumstances.

Not what I heard. This has been in the works for a few weeks now. In my personal opinion, it was a football based move with the latest issues being the icing on the cake. However, I may be wrong totally wrong on that.

Is it official? Has he enrolled for sure? Other thread states he is staying at SW.

From what I understand this was something that had to be done considering the current circumstance. I don't think they would move him considering the success of each program currently. Not a football based move whatsoever, the timing doesnt make sense. And to answer the question as to whether or not he's officially enrolled, yes, he is at SHS today according to a high school staff member I spoke to.

You're right. Nothing more than current circumstances from what I now understand. Just people talking.

Hopefully things work out for the Jordan and his brother. I hate it for them that things are going down like that. Right being right, Jordan probably won't get to play anymore this year. I'm hoping he gets to though, seeing as none of this is his fault. Either way I'm glad he is back, and I'm sure he is as well.
