TNA just confirmed via Twitter that former Knockouts Champion Tara has been released from her contract:

"Impact Wrestling has released Tara. We thank Tara for all her contributions and wish her the best of success in the future."

Tara is now included in a recent string of releases from TNA over the past month due to budget cuts.
