WR from Ohio just committed to UK. Is the highest rated receiver ever to commit to UK since rivals has been ranking players. #24 receiver, #198 overall player. Really hard to believe UK has never gotten a better ranked receiver while getting the #1 ranked qb in years past. GO STOOPS TROOPS!!
