East -vs- West Allstar game tonight at Fairview High School!

So whoo will be going to this game tonight. I know I wont be able to make it but Lawrence Co. has the following kids playing in the game:

1) James Terry
2) Josh Ferguson
3) Aaron Smith

Also Coach Eddie Dixion and Joey Cecil are going to be Coaching tonight from Lawrence Co as well.

The game actually went great. They put it all on the line and emotions were flowing. For being away from football for as long as they have been all of the boys looked great. For some such as my son it was his last hoorah so he played with all he had. No one was injured and they had a great turnout to boot. This game excites me and saddens me at the same time. It excites me because football is just around the corner. But it saddens me because it was Michael's last game in a wonderful senior career in which he finished 15-1.:Thumbs:

So how did my boys from Lawrence CO do. I read the ADI but they really did say to much about the D or the O-line.

Just found out that Josh Ferguson caused a fumble in which abother player picked it out of the air and ran it in for a TD and then he recovered a fumble himself on the 10 yardline. Aaron Smith picked off a pass and the very next play they scored. James Terry Kicked off all night for them and was kicking it to the 5 yard line all night. So congrats to the boys from Lawrence Co and the rest of the kids that played on both sides of the ball.

My son was sure glad that Terry kicked off. They had him as back-up kicker and he played NG/RT his senior year. Never kicked a ball at all. Smile

They tried to get him to kick last year and he couldnt kick the ball 5 yards and in that game was kicking ot to the 5 yard line.
