I've got a soldier in Afghanistan wanting to know if
there will be any webcast by any radio station of this
game. I saw discussion on here yesterday about
who broadcasts the Belfry games, but didn't really
read it, adn can't remember where it is.

That would be very cool. Nice gesture.
We take a lot of things for granted. We may think something as small as being able to hear your hometown team playing on the radio is a routine thing but to a soldier stationed halfway around the world I'm sure it really means a lot.
