Digger Phelps can go eat crap...did he seriously bring up wvu in the tournament 2 YEARS AGO and try to make a valid argument about this years team? He is so full of ****! Rece Davis made my day by throwing the goggles up and actually yelling at phelps!

March is when *Expierence Matter* Im a firm believer in expierence on a team and having great SENIOR leadership. UK is the best team in the country, talent wise, but the teams with several seniors and lots of expierence will give them trouble like this. talent wise vandy is an 4 out of 10 and UK is a 9...but yet vandy has the ability to play with them or beat them every game

Vandy has the ability to play with or beat anybody every game.
That said I still think UK looked a step slower on defense than what they had been. Examples are Teague and Davis just getting beat to the spot. That's an effort mistake and something that should not happen this time of year. That has me concerned. You are going to have spells where shots don't fall but to get beat on effort plays is not acceptable.

The lost to Mississippi St. in the championship.
If you remember Miss St. also made it to the final four that year as well losing to syracuse.
