Rumor I got was actually Carson-Newman. Have no word on his father, but was hoping no news was good news.

I was at the City County Bowl and a Carson Newman scout was at the game. Watch the Williamsburg & Pineville game and I am sure he stayed for the Middlesboro Bell Game. Seems like an odd fit for Roark though. I think they run a power running offense.

I hope he ends up at Carson Newman. That would be 2 KY players. KC's Codi Diamond signed with them. CN does not air it out but they do throw it. Base O is the Veer. He would be a solid QB there.

If that is where he wound up, good luck to the boy. I'd say he a Mr. Diamond will make for a good pair on that team. My son said that the Roark kid was a real nice kid when they played together in the Border Bowl. I'm sure Codi can attest to that as well. We'll be rooting for both of them!
