Betsy Layne 46, Taylor County 31
Dorton 50, Henderson South 38 (Coach Davis can double check score for me)
Pikeville won by somewhere around 20
Johnson County won by a lot as well.
Have not heard anything on how Adams faired.
So far, best teams out of the region I have seen or know about are...
Knox County
Clay County
Noe Middle (Louisville)
North Pulaski
Conner
Holmes
Southern Pulaski
R.W. Combs
Chavies

Betsy Layne beat Taylor County by 12 on Friday night and Mason by I believe 14 on Saturday morning. We gained a number 1 seed, along with Johnson County. We beat Barboursville in the first round by 21, Tates Creek in the second round by 5 in overtime and Garrard County beat us by 4 in overtime in the sweet sixteen. Garrard County had the two best shooters I've seen in middle school ball in a very on time, in the first half they was 7 of 7 from three point line and had us down by 10 at one point. We came back and forced overtime but was just worn down and cramping way too bad to play to our full potential.
