ASHLAND — Boyd County will look for its 20th win of the season tonight when it hosts Rowan County after the Lady Lions dropped West Carter, 62-47, on Friday.

Kaitlin Brown, Emily Stewart and Caitlin Coburn each cracked double figures with 11, 10 and 10, respectively, as the Lady Lions improved to 19-8.

Brooke Callihan finished with 19 points, and Paige Tackett added 12, but West Carter fell to 7-19. The Lady Comets face Morgan County in the first round of the 62nd District tournament on Monday at Elliott County.
