Flyers QB Logan Woodside accounted for six scores, three on the ground and three through the air, as the hosts built a 56-7 lead.
Woodside was 18-for-24 for 310 yards. Greg Maupin had seven catches for 149 yards and a touchdown.

Brandon Stamper provided a highlight for Scott with an 80-yard touchdown catch in a first-round loss in the Class 5A playoffs.


Stamper led the Eagles in both rushing (37 yards) and receiving (97 yards).

Scott was only able to gain 160 yards, while giving up 478.

Hmmm Franklin County while they do give up roughly 20 points a game they have a very underrated defense. Anyone agree?

Not really. They've gone to the playoffs before as a #4 and bowed out in the first round game. I'd call it an improvement if they battled for the title in the new, improved (no CovCath, no Highlands,) district, then ran off a couple of playoff wins before starting basketball. This was a typical Eagles season. Barely a sizzle. Forget about steak. Only Grant County kept them from the normal district 0-fer.
