What is the deal with Jerry Tipton?

You're a nice guy.

Can't make adjustments?!?!? Did you watch any part of last season at all?!!? Go ahead and keep saying Cal can't coach...I'm not saying every UK fan needs to be a fan of Cal, that's not the truth at all. But saying he can't coach is straight up asinine.

It's only been TWO years! Jesus Christ!

I know...
but he and Laettner were both busts...
I guess where they were older, well-coached, played team basketball, and won games people thought they were NBA caliber.

Don't call me an idiot because I'm throwing out freaking facts and you have to get personal to make yourself feel good.

I watched plenty of last season.

I saw a team that only had 6 players capable of playing basketball at a high level and they were had no choice but to play as a team.
Everyone found a role and stuck with it and I loved watching that team play basketball.
However...
name a time last year when Cal actually outcoached someone.
When he came up against some adversity and his players didn't have to bail him out.

Id take a team like Vandy or UNC this season over anybody come march! Simply because they have alot of talent (which UK has too) but more important than that they have EXPIERENCE! It take a great expierenced, talented, leader! The leader Uk needed to come back was Jodie meeks 2 years ago, couisns last season or orton, and this season it was brandon knight! Knight was a phenominal kid, who was a great leader but had no expierence! SOme argue Jones is the guy, I strongly disagree, Jones is good but doesnt play smart at all and isnt a leader!

Only time I will ever remotely agree with anything you say lol

You're not throwing shit out except the same ole' Cal hater horseshit that everyone else uses...

If last year doesn't prove Cal can coach to you people, nothing will. When we do win the National Championship, you'll find something else to go on about.

Calling you an idiot for thinking Cal can't coach isn't personal. Look at your avatar and take your own advice.

Giving 6 players 100% of the credit for last year, while only singling out Cal's bad tourny games is just crazy. I guess the players just came up with their own game strategies last year huh?

All I'm saying is that Cal hasn't proved to me that he is a good in-game coach.
I love his game-to-game stuff and no one can doubt his ability to field a good team.

If he has proved to you that he can coach teams through tough games...
so be it.

I just don't agree with you and that's totally cool.
You're not an idiot because I don't agree with it.
I don't like it and if someone complains to me about them getting called a name I'll edit the post like I've done before.

I know this is a huge if, but if Enes is eligible, UK is a completely different team, and don't have those mid season struggles.

And maybe Harrellson doesn't see the floor...
and he was a HUGE part of that team finding their identity.
But the world may never know.

I saw you posted and almost didn't even read it because I figured it would say...

Louisville looked like shit against Pikeville. No way Louisville even comes close to winning a title this year.

As far as Vandy goes, they choke every year. They have a good team but never win the big game. It will be a battle of choke artists in this game.

Basketball was different then. UK had almost all seniors every year too.

I agree UK would have won it last year had we still had any two of the stars from the previous year. Cousins and Wall or Patterson and Wall, etc. UK still had a chance to win, but free throws sealed the deal. Jones just couldn't hit one.
