Police Believe They Have the "Blue-Eyed Rapist"

A news conference was held in Northern Kentucky Tuesday about the arrest of a man police believe is the "blue-eyed rapist".

The believed rapist has been assaulting women since February 1992.

Police arrested David Hopper last week, accusing him of sexually assaulting two women earlier this month in Ohio.

Investigators say DNA test results showed Hopper is likely the so-called "blue-eyed rapist."

Considering i live less than half a mile from where he lived for so many years has completely grossed me out... It's a good thing they caught this scumbag.

And if this is him then I am really glad that he is FINALLY under arrest.

He is from Burlington.

Here is the scary part--he was the president of the Conner Booster club for a while in the 90's. He made an effort to get a few of the coaches fired as well. (Good thing he didn't have it out for me). It looks like he should have been fired.

Fuzz--I am with you. It scares the heck out of me to know that he was around kids to begin with. He was not very nice to anyone when he was around school. It is great to see that he hasn't been around for a while.
