Quote:Just got word that Jaysean Paige is on the football team now for PCC.
No word on if he has practiced, if he's playing, or if he's eligible.

Quote:About 16 years ago there was a very confident Breathitt Co team that came to Lawrence Co with a record of 42-0..a part of the goal post still stands where the Bulldogs took that team down..You should never overlook any opponent.
dang, ya know your words are very true, and i agree no team should EVER overlook another team. however there is just one thing, these ole perry boys ain't going to Lawrence county. Perry ain't Breathitt an it ain't 16 years ago either, an this is being played in the Gardens son!! woooooo! lol

I think #44 LC tight End is a hidden gem on the team. I dont think they know how to use him. Did anyone see the two big receptions against Pburg last week? he is a tough kid! hard to bring down

I was just told he was on the team now.
They called his name during the pep rally and he stood in between Austin Pray and Daryll Beatty, so i'm assuming he's taking the #3 jershey.

I'm not buying into these predictions of a huge blow out win. Lawrence is a good football team and I don't think they will let it happen. Also, like I have said before, there is always a game or a half where Perry doesn't show up, and i'm always nervous that this week is the week. Hopefully Haddix will break them of that habit (10 years and running) but i'm always worried. I'm excited to see the Combs kid tonight, and see how our D line can do against him.

its the hometown teams bub, nobody can actually prove it as a fact but in most cases, yes i said most cases the home team always has the advantage, especially if u have a rowdy bunch of fans that has your back.

but sometimes talent will interfere with that home advantage. im not saying Lawrence is not talented because then i would be full of shit, they got a great program and wonderful coaches and players. but in this case i dont think perry has nothing to worry aboutnicker: of course as long as they show up ready

Lawrence will be better than everyone is giving them credit for. Pburg had one good quarter on them, then the game was a deadlock.
