In order to ever have a winner, Things can't be done in a half a## fashion.
Ever notice most teams that have not been very good never are.
If things are done in a half a## manner, It's 100%, you will get a half a## result. Do the things it takes, Get the things and coaches it takes or why even bother.The kids on any team deserve the best and If you can't even give them that, then they pay for it on Friday nights. Any team can get better, any team, but only If they are provided with the things it takes to get better.:wieghts:
Why have a team just for the sake of having a team, Have a team for the sake of some day being a winner. If things are done half a##ed, then you'll never win.
I guess if their being done that way to start with, Winning don't matter no how.
Give the kids a fair chance.
