In what will likely be the biggest two days for the district, MHS will host Harlan County tonight and will travel to Harlan County for the second game tomorrow. I think it is pretty same to assume that the winner of these two teams will be the one seed for the district tournament.

I would guess that HC throws their Boggs kid, whom MHS beat twice last year, while MHS will throw either Epperson or Capps.

What is interesting is that the tie breaker in their district this year is runs allowed in their matchup against eachother. So even if they split, if MHS wins by a wider margin, that will win the tie breaker. This will encourage both teams to pour on the runs if possible in order to make sure they win the tie breaker if it comes down to that.
