No typo, Trinity pounds Jeffersontown 70-46 in one of most impressive single game performances by any team in the state this season. Will be replayed on Wazoo Sports.
LOUISVILLE, Ky.- No. 9 Trinity led by as many as 30 points as the Shamrocks pounded the second ranked Chargers 70-46. Trinity jumped out to a 11-2 lead to start the game and led 20-6 after hitting 9-of-12 shots to start the game.
Junior guard Charles Foster led the Shamrocks with 18 points while junior guard Troy Saxton added 16 points.
Trinity pounded the Chargers on the boards 32-16, getting seven each from juniors Andrew Perito and Nathan Dieudonne.
The Shamrocks forced the Chargers into 23 turnovers.
The Chargers had a nearly complete roster, missing only Louisville signee Zach Price.
