Class 3A Mr Football winner and 2X Knoxville area defensive player of the year was offered LATE LAST NIGHT and will sign at 2pm today at the school.
Heck of a player, has "tweener" size though for a DE or LB.
But is quick enough and hits hard enough to be an excellent SS.

Nice late get for the football program, I remember another kid from Alcoa that was a tweener and he done very well for this program... Randall Cobb anyone?? Not saying he is a Randall Cobb, but being from Alcoa and a so called "Tweener" is not bad and being Mr. Football in any class is a good get..

I've done a little research on him and it sounds like he can play several different positions.
I wouldn't be surprised if he winds up playing full back.
I like the kids from Alcoa though, they're much like the kids from LaGrange, GA. They aren't scared of these other SEC players.

You can guarantee that any player coming out of Alcoa will be a hard worker and physical player! Can't wait to see him on the team. He looks like he could play on both sides of the ball even at the college level!

Koko did just finish his Sophomore season.
Another name to remember is Jerod Crenshaw who started at middle linebacker as a freshman.

Its been fun to watch Alcoa in person the last 2 years. This year with Darrell and last year with Tyler Robinson. Vanderbilt will be a great player too.
