Letcher Central has defeated both of these. The Cougars handily defeated the Wolves at LCC, whereas it was an overtime game with Lee County in a holiday tournament. Just based on these comparisons (which may or may not tell you anything) I would expect Lee County to win by 8 or 10 points.
