Harlan Co has to be ahead of Letcher, they beat them head to head.
I would move Harlan to 6 and everyone else down one.

Magoffin County is 4-0 with double digit wins against Paintsville, Pikeville, Pike Central, and Morgan County. Pikeville also beat Belfrey who is in the Mt. top ten. Should be a big change in the new Mt. top ten.
