Congrats Hazard

Nice win early season win for Hazard.

Solid win for the dawgs. Closer than many expected. It's going to take Hazards football players some time to get in the groove of things but when they do watch out.

I agree. BC actually beat the Dawgs about this time last season but the Dawgs got the Basketball legs under them they beat BC later in the year. I'm not shocked that it was close but HHS will be dangerous once they get in basketball mode like Aslan said.

Congrats Bulldogs!

yes and with the refs on their side they will be tough to beat

Breathitt played a good game. I give them a ton of credit, could have won this game but silly turnovers caused the lose. Breathitt also has alot of football players on their team, I think they will over acheive this year.

Yea, Hazard always dresses 8. lol

Everyone thought Breathitt would be down this year with the team being so young but I believe this team will make some noise in the 14th region this year. If this team can stay together over the next couple of years they will be the favorite to win the region for the next couple of years. Alex Hamilton is the man.

Looks like Breathitt gave hazard all they wanted
and good call on hazard dressing 8 it always happens you cant get around it

from the way it sounds the refs was on hazards side. i mean 46 free throws compared to breathitt's 19? and only win by 6? Hazard is down without josh whititaker from the sounds of it. and it seems like hazards crowd and pep section dont seem to care this year. because what i heard breathitt had atleast 50 more ppl there then hazard. and breathitt had football players who ant panzy who r out there trying to play. that noble kid, trent and fletcher and collins just came out to basketball from football, and there best play that hays kid hasnt even been playing basketball that much this year

Congrats to Hazard

Breathitt football players had 2 more weeks practice than Hazard, Olinger only practiced one time, And starting point guard Eric Back will be out about 2 more weeks.

Hazard's fans do not put a lot of stock in regular season games, they will be there when it counts.

Good Job Dawgs

Congratulations Hazard. Hazard had an 11 point lead in the first half but Breathitt came back. They can hit 3 pointers and Hamilton is a good player.
#21
Breathitt is down, this doesn't look good for hazard.

Well if Breathitt would learn to play defense instead of slap that would knock down on the fouls. The rest of this you are saying is irrelevant breathitt has had two more weeks with their players than hazard, also Hazard played without thier best gaurd in Back..... But just like always Breathitt has never lost a fair 5 on 5 game in the history of basketball. :flush:

Closer than I expected. Congrats to Hazard.

Good showing by Breathitt Co. in this one. Going to take some time IMO for the football players of Hazard to get in the groove of the game.
