Iâm sure Iâm not alone in being glad its time for some high school hoops again.
In their first game of the year Eastern meets Lou. St. Xavier.
With Eastern a heavy favorite in the 7th region as well as the state, I see them having no problems with St. X.
Eastern has talent that is somewhat unreported on, as it is overshadowed by the D-I upperclassmen. Everyone knows about Easternâs big 4 of Abell, Gaines, Woods and Marks. But I think that extended success this season will definitely depend on Easternâs unspoken underclassmen in their backup roles.
Prediction: Eastern by 16
