Great season opener for Harlan! This game was at Letcher wan't it? Not a good showing for the Lady Cougars, thought they would be ready to play this season.

No surprise to me, Harlan Co is a good team. LCC is a good team.
Didn't see this game but saw Harlan play last year and knew with what they had coming back they would be tough anywhere.

Letcher Central played horrible and Harlan County played good. HC can make a run this year in the 13th as they have been tough the last two years. I thought the loss of their post players from last year would hurt them but the girls that replaced them are playing better and are more athletic. Harlan County has some nice guards with Gilliam and Davenport. LCC better step it up with Scott County, Madison Central and possibly Rockcastle County coming up over the Christmas break.
