I used to work as an optician...
I've seen several people come in with everything from wood to metal in their eyes.

The craziest thing I've seen....
which really didn't have anything to do with safety glasses but it's too crazy no to tell....
but a guy from the Perry County Jail took a paperclip and jammed it into his eye with his shoe so he could get out of jail for a day.

^He was just stupid in my opinion lol
Doc sent him to Lexington to try to save his eye.
I don't know if he ever regained his sight or not.
