Farley threw 5 or 6 int's, two or three were returned for TD's. Raceland just came out flat. I was disappointed in their overall effort. LCA came to play and they took Raceland to the woodshed.

Turnovers were the difference (Raceland 6 LCA 1. Farley was LCA's best QB, the problem with that he was dressed in a Raceland uniform. LCA also dropped three more interceptions, it could have been much worse.

This game was ugly from Racelands first set of downs. LCA had way too much speed for the Rams. Corners and safties was on an island could not stop anything. Looked to me like a couple got smacked in the mouth(Raceland players) and they was ready to lay down. They should be able to make a little more noise this year congrats to LCA. Raceland I think is glad that LCA is leaving to 2A along with some other teams.

Some games we come out and play two or three good quarters! Some games I believe three or four of the players just go out and go through the motions. Sometimes a few on this team mentaly just arn't ready to play. It's like we are to cool to be mean and tough!!!!! This team had the talent to win a few more games. But mentaly three or four of the players just didn't have it in the big games!! You have to get up to play these big rival games. You see the other teams chest bumping, screaming running through their drills. Some of ours come out layed back and way to relaxed. And it effects the rest of the team!! You can't go through the motions against good teams and expect to compete or win!!!:HitWall:
But this team will be better next year!! The Rams started on offense three soph. and a jr on the line. #16 M.R. and #9 A. B. will be back in the backfield. A very good fr. class is coming up. Our defense line I believe had only one sr. Two soph. started on the defensive line, one fr linebacker, a jr linebacker. A fr d-back with a couple I believe jr's in the D-backfield.:popcorn:

Speed was the key! LCA has lots of it! Especially on defense!! This is a very good team!

This was the first time I saw Raceland play this year. I noticed several of the players were walking on and off the field, very little enthusiasm. Like you said, going through the motions.
What are they returning next year? Have heard lots about the 8th and 9th grade classes being very talented.

The Rams will have alot of the team returning next year. Only eight or nine seniors.
