Noticed that Collins was undefeated in region and N. Oldham had defeated Oldham Co in the season.

I would say Oldham County is the favorite. Martha Layne Collins is undefeated in the region but most of them were against district opponents. Oldham County will probably win the region but Martha Layne Collins and South Oldham could beat them.
