I think the district will be competitive this year just like last year.
Betsy Layne is pre-season mostly base on last year but lost their two best players but return Martin. South Floyd and Allen Central will be capable of beating them on a good night. Just don't see much from Prestonsburg yet, don't know where the scoring will come from.

I dont see anybody matching up with Betsy Layne....They will be hard to stop

Prestonsburg is going to have a really down year this season.
Their best player this season will be the point guard, Warren Blackburn. He's very small, but he's quick and has decent handles. He's not a shoot first type player, so he'll probably give players the opportunity to score, but their aren't any real shooting threats on this team. Hopefully they'll be a good defensive and rebounding team this season, otherwise, it may very well be a long season for the Blackcats.

Betsy Layne seems to be the logical pick here, but you never know until the season starts.
