Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart has agreed to one-year contract with the Houston Texans after finding little interest from the rest of the NFL's 31 teams, according to league sources.
He will take a physical, sign the contract and join the team Monday.

I hate Matt Leinhart, but I hate Derek Anderson even more. It's going to be a long year for my Cards...

I like this signing IF and I really mean IF he is in NO COMPETITION with Matt Shaub. From the few things I have heard about him in Arizona. He wasn't the best guy. He always blamed teammates for his faults and he always felt like he was owed something. There is no denying that the man knows how to win, and he will keep Matt Shaub on his toes, but this could get ugly.
Go Texans!
Go Texans!
