Final. Format was 3 15 minute quarters. TD's for Lewis were Jarrett Parker on a WR screen, Caleb Bolander up the gut playing Fullback, Laithon Davis on a short run from his tailback position, and Cory Christy on an option with Bolander then playing Quarterback. Jackson's only TD was scored against the JV defense with a little less than 2 minutes to go.

Good job by Lewis County last night. But Jackson County looked like two different teams from last week against Pikeville. They came out flat and didn't play very well at. JC dominated the clock. I believe teams are going to be surprised at how they will run the clock and wear you down. I believe they got within the 10 several times and the clock ran out for each qauter and had to change hands and a missed field goal. Not taking anything away from LC. They a nice full back who was hard to bring down. Good luck Lewis County. And Go Generals.

I dont know if anyone else saw it, but that last Lewis TD wouldn't have happened if it werent for the LC kid who was wearing #23. He had a phenomenal block but he seemed like a real good defensive player, he made some good blocks all night long. We really appreciated the long trip that LC made to scrimmage us. Best of luck to your team this year.

Yeah, and Bolander (#8) usually isnt our fullback, he usually starts wingback, but both Riley and Everman were out and they usually split time at FB. But yes, Bolander is a load. Good luck JC on the rest of your season!

Lewis co. is not a bad football team. I thought they had a pretty good qb and a couple of good receivers.
