ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Tuesday waived wide receivers Dicky Lyons and Landis Williams, it was announced.


Lyons (5-foot-11, 190 pounds) is a first-year player from the University of Kentucky who joined the Broncos as a free agent on May 3, 2010, after a brief stint with the Atlanta Falcons during their 2009 training camp.


Williams (5-foot-10, 174 pounds) is a rookie wide receiver from the University of Maine who joined the club as a college free agent on April 30, 2010.
