Hopkins Central played very hard, Most all of the Blackcats played in this game. The only starter for P'urg not sick is Leslie, Barnett did'nt even dress, Stephens had not even touched a basketball since they played Betsy Layne, he's been sick at home, McGuire is still trying to get over his illness and Herrick is still on medication. If nothing else this game offered the chance for some of the support players to get a taste of Varsity play.
It may be a long Tourn. in Frankfort for the Blackcats. Get well soon. Trevor Patton looked pretty good, got a watch the over the back's however. Taylor Clark did well once he got the butterflys out, and Bobby Hughes and Jordon hall did well under the conditions.
