June Buchanan's Clint Stepp to Alice Lloyd College
#1
JBS guard, Clint Stepp will sign with Alice Lloyd College.

Congrats Clint!
#2
Seen that coming.
Congrats Clint! I look for Clark to maybe transfer there also becuase he didnt play hardly at all for Cumberlands this year.
#3
What happened to UCLA and Duke?
#4
Congrats to Stepp. UCLA was interested because of the shooting clinic he put on 2 summers ago while traveling across the US, but don't think he got any better like they thought he would. He is a very streaky shooter and could miss 10 in a row before he hits 12 in a row. He will do fine at ALC. Clark will probably stay at Cumberland, started getting some PT towards the end of the year and he will be a junior this year and knows the system a little better now.

You really don't believe that now do you?? UCLA was never, never interested in Clint Stepp. There's not even a NAIA D1 team in this area that was interested in Clint Stepp. And if you want to look at the stats go to the midsouth conf web site and check out Clarks stats. He didn't even play the last 10,11 games of the season. Clark will be back at ALC next year.

As you can see he never but 1 game in the last 11 and he had 2 pts that game. He played in 19 games and was 14 for 32 from the field. 5 for 15 from the line and 5 for 11 from 3 pt line. He scored a total of 38 pts and averaged 2 pts per game and that's the facts!

Good Luck to Clint Stepp. It would be interesting to see if Clarke transfers n.
#8
Clint will do well at ALC, but Clark will not come back. He is enjoying it at the Cumberlands. He will play more this year.

Didn't Clark start out playing at ALC before transferring to the Cumberlands?

I thought he first went to Austin Peay.

Yep.

This is not a good fit for Clint in regards to his family being right there all the time, but this could be the beginning of a local nucleus for ALC to really make some noise. Playing ball is great but at the end of the day it is about getting an education.
#13
Exactly where I thought he would go...congrats Clint
#14
Does this mean Gary Stepp becomes the head coach

I can make anybody look good on paper .

Why start this up again? At least the Stepp's went to college to further their education.

If you "can make anybody look good on paper", try making yourself look good on paper (or on this site). Your english, grammar and spelling is that of a kid in elementary school!

Clint has lost his shot.. Played with him in the Dustbowl.. Wasn't very impressed with his play. Also noticed he had gained a few pounds around the waist..

Clark still has his trigger finger going and the unorthodox lefty.
#17
This is a good fit for Clint...
IMO they could have signed a lot more high caliber players though...
again I say...IMO
#18
good job kid...congrats
