Rematch of the EKC championship game, which East Carter won, but Rowan County was without two starters due to injury. This could also be a preview of the 16 region title game.
Rowan County senior class has been another productive senior class, as have the last several for Rowan. They have established themselves over the last 6 years as the best girls basketball program in the 16th
Rowans seniors are 86-27 in high school. Averaging out to 21-6 over 4 years.

That is not correct, Rowan had 1 starter out the first, not 2. Good game tonight, Rowan kept getting a lead and East kept coming back, these 2 teams really go at each other!
