Just a note to these Estill County Boys:
You have endured: a Starter quitting before the season for academic reasons, the suspension of a starter for a failure to get a physical, the quitting of your 6th man for girl reasons, and then the injury to another starter (Riley Birchfield) that required surgery today to put a plate and 6 screws and 2 pins in his hand. You and your coaching staff are are doing a great job by competing and showing up every night trying to battle through adversity - hang in there - good things will happen.

Estill needs to quit making excuses. Every team has their faults. A good team doesn't complain about boys quitting, injuries, or any other reason. The fact is that you're getting beat, plain and simple. Fix what you can in practice, and quit making excuses. The players read this and if everyone on here is feeling sorry for them, then their going to feel sorry for themselves.

Going to be a long season for the Engineers. May not be able to come up as many wins as the football team.
