shafter I hate to say it but i disagree with you.....I would have to go with Shaun Alexander.....he leads the league in Rusing Yards and Rushing TD's hes having a heck of a season.....but dont get me wrong Manning will be in the run for it no doubt.....but the Boone Co. native should win I think!

I agree with both of you and if Cincy keeps winning you have to consider Palmer, Most TDS passes, best passer rating. but he has to win to win it.

Very interesting race for it this year, if Cincinatti continues thier winning ways, the argument is very valid for Palmer to win it, Alexander is just having an unbelievable year and is very deserving, and all Manning does is win, however he is having a down year by his own standards and may not even be the MVP of his own team, that award could go to his defense.

Shaun Alexander

Actually, Edgerrin James is leading the league in rushing, but probably won't after tonights game... but it should be intersting to see who will win the MVP... BTW Peyton has the highest Passer rating... http://www.nfl.com/stats/leaders/NFL/PRAT/2005/regular Carson may get offensive player of the year but probably not MVP... Steve Smith of Carolina also has a good shot at the MVP... but I'm gonna go with Peyton... until someone else gets it he will be my choice...

Hows Everyone Leaving Off LT? The Chargers Might Now Be Doing Too Great...But Hes Scoring Touchdowns No Matter What They Tell Him To Do With The Ball...I Think He Will Get It...Just Because Hes Like A Machine This Year...
