I'm going to take John only because they are due. They have had some good teams lately but haven't gotten there in the last few years. John Hardin 21-BG 20.

I'm pullin' for JH.

I'm going with my Dawgs! They have a more balanced team this year then years past. JH is known for their running game but as Oldham Co. found out, JH can beat you through the air. Also, JH's defense is everything their hyped to be. Running teams usually find it very difficult to run against JH's front four. I like the Dawgs in this one:
JH - 28
BG - 17
JH - 28
BG - 17

John Hardin's schedule is pretty weak, and combined with the fact that they've never been there before, makes me think that Bowling Green will be the champion from the west again. I'm pulling for John Hardin, just because I think Highlands will be there from the east and I'd like to see someone new again from the west.
Still, I think it will be Highlands/BG that we'll be talking about next week at this time.

I like the Purples in this one. Their experience from last year will be the difference in a close one.

JH did have a weak schedule but they also had the largest margin of victory by anyone in 5A. JH has not been challenged until Oldham County came to town and after some adjustments by the coaching staff, JH pretty much took care of business. BY all means JH will have their hands full but they can match BG's play and come out on top...no doubt this will be a good game to see.

BlackcatAlum I can't believe you went against my Dawgs! :dontthink (just kidding). Good luck to Prestonburg this week. I have seen DeSales play this year, not overall impressed.
