Cows- nope that's methane (soon to be regulated by the way)
Volcano's- nope that's sulfur dioxide
CO2 comes from.............. Man and fires and many more sources and it makes up 0.03 percent of the Earth's atmosphere consists of carbon dioxide (nitrogen, oxygen, and argon constitute about 78 percent, 20 percent, and 0.93 percent of the atmosphere, respectively

Largest Green House gas? Water vapor Should we ban that? or curb it?

By the way only 14% of CO2 comes from the burning of fossil fuels.

CO2 levels have changed throughout history, it's even been higher than today's levels and before the industrial revolution came about. What caused the CO2 levels to increase then? Man made carbon dioxide account's for less than 0.00022% of the total CO2 emitted naturally. If you check the records you will notice that after WWII the CO2 levels grew, but the temperatures fell for the next four decades. Reports also indicate that ice core samples as far back as 650,000 years ago show temperatures have increased before without increases in CO2.
