Im sorry about the punctuation, the spelling, the grammar and the run on sentences i really didnt like paying attention in class well that particular class i was more into gym and my agriculture classes did pretty in Geometry and Lunch but that was about it.

Have we forgot that we may alot of young kids on BGR and they know not what they say. In closing if you do not like what is being said then don't read, if you have the power to stop someone for doing or saying somethink wrong the get rid of them(me included). As long as it is on topic and not taking away from the thread speak your mind. No problem with that whatsoever. However, if it is not following the RULES which state to stay on topic and it is done on almost every single football thread then we have a problem. This was addressed on a one on one bases for weeks. However, we don't want to kick people off just for being passionate about their team. However, at the same time we don't want others to not be able to enjoy this site and discuss their teams without it being taken over by another subject. When we have Multiple and I'm talking double digits of users complaining and we have mods spending more time on cleaning threads up than anything else then it needed to be addressed. Yes we could have just kicked people off but then that also creates additional work for us to have to watch for each to try and sneak back on. If you were one of the good guys then don't worry about. As for the thread the only thing it was created for was for Bell County and everyone else to speak freely about Bell County football. However, immediately many Bell fans didn't like the shoe being on the other foot when that thread was taken over with negatives instead of positives. Bell County is a great program and without going on and on about how I feel about that you can just refer to my last post on that thread. Some real classy Bell fans have stepped up and are willing to move on, some might not agree with everything that occurred this week but many did. If you don't that is your right since yes we are in the USA.

I'm not saying all Bells fans but a majority of them did. Also opinions are great as long as it is about the thread topic. It can even be a little off topic. What we were saying is that almost every football thread especially involving certain teams would get the topic turned to Bell County. Agree or disagree with me thats fine I'm just not going to get in a large discussion about it. It's been addressed from both sides and I think we made progress from both sides. Many Bell fans realize what the point was and many of the other area fans see things a little different now. It boils down to RESPECT.

The mistake was made when you kept us all in for recess, when it was only a few people that turned every discussion into a BC thread. I am like Maid, paddle the trouble makers and don't clump us all in to a group. I'll take my medicine when I need it, but found your thread to be repulsive in it's self.

I'll say this. Things are a lot more civil since the hand slapping. Right or wrong it seems to have done the trick for now. It's nice to be able to have a discussion without being "Belled" to death. Good job CatDawg, and thank you!! :Thumbs:

Well everything else was tried and even after this was done others that weren't around for the thread that day made a suggestion to do just that to settle things done. At that time they were informed that it had already occurred and things were running better. If your offendedsorry wasn't the intent to offend anyone even those that were causing the problem. It was only to bring it to attention and to let everyone voice their concerns and for those that were responsible to see how it felt. As BluegrassBuckeye said it seems to have worked if nothing else for at least a few days and it gave us time to put our attention on threads that actually needed attention last night. I'm sure everyone isn't happy with it but I've heard more people from Bell and the rest on here agree than disagree. Once again sorry if anyone took offense. I hope your able to continue to enjoy and when you have a problem with someone please don't hesitate to yell.

Thanks Catdawg. I am not easily offended. But I felt like you threw the ball a little high when I came accross the middle, because my brother stole your girlfriend. I am sure you have a tough job monitoring the site. I also hope the site is much more enjoyable for BlueGrassBuckeye.....not really. I don't really know why he is commenting on a Bell Co. thread anyway.....hmmmm.

Your disparaging remarks about me were what was so funny. You are doing the exact thing that started all the trouble to begin with. I commented because the original post invited others to share their feelings. Those are my feelings. I'm glad that CatDawg too the action that he did. It was effective. It hurt a few feelings but sometimes we all need to look in the mirror. I think that it's time to drop the whole thing and move on. :Thumbs:
