The score at half time was 27-10. I don't have the book, but this is what I remember from looking at it.
JC: Rachel Hall - 14 pts, Samantha Hall - 12, Rachel Fairchild - 10
Pikeville - Potter - 19, Smith -7. They had 2 each at half-time and really had a big second half as their coach made some good adjustments. Once they made theirs I think our coach made a good adjustment. They countered each other pretty well. They cut the lead to 8 at the end of the third and we pushed it back up in the 4th.
The best overall JC has played this year. This was our 11th game and our offense is starting to really improve.
I thought the score was 46 -34, but I could be wrong.

JC has alot of size and play pretty good D they are hard for teams to match up with their size and team balance. Looks like the Potter girl from Pikeville had a pretty good game. Pikeville has a good team and two very good players. Pikeville will win alot of games but they will have to have someone besides the two Rachels step up, because by this time of year everyone has seen or heard about each team and knows their strengths and weaknesses and I think Pikeville has been exposed a little.

I wonder if anyones feelings will be hurt with how the scoring went in this one, looks like teams are trying to slow down the Smith girl from Pikeville by playing a box in 1 against Pikeville and it seems to be working.

I don't think anyones feelings in JC will be hurt!! Sounds like Pikevilles will since they lost AGAIN. (Sounds like you may be a little personal with this one). All good players work through box and 1, triangle and 2, etc...As players get older and stronger this does not matter, if you are good you have played and lived through such. However, if you are weak and can not create your own shot, then you are in trouble. Coaches figure things out, that is why they are coaches, these girls will eventually get stronger if not, they better be perfecting their games and freethrows or they will lose a lot more.

Good job JC, I kinda figured this would end this way. Box and 1 with Smith does seem to create problems for panthers, two loses with such. Seems like Potter stepped up though, looks as if they would have changed from Smith and done box and 1 on her though. I do to think that they will be all right though because they will get tougher mentally as well as physically and her game will develop so those defenses will be old news. Are the Hall girls from JC related? Good job teams.

JC has 3 Halls that start. Samantha, Rachel, and Cassandra. None of them are related.
