Congrats to Belfry's Phillip Haywood and Matt Maynard for being named coach and player of the year for the 2005 season!!!

This marks the 3rd or 4th year in a row that Coach Haywood has won the award and the 3rd year in a row a Belfry player has won the honor, Doug Howard in '03 & '04.


BTW.....I did have the whole list, but I accidentally deleted it. I'll post it as soon as I acquire it again.

Congrads go out to Haywood and Maynard. Haywood is always going to be near the top of the list as coach of the year. His teams are always extremley well coached and very well prepared. Hats off to Haywood and his staff, even tho I must admit I was pulling for Hager. Maynard is very deserving of this award as well. He is hands down the best player in the district and quite possibly the best in the region. The fact that this kid has only played football for 2 years is enough to make anyone take notice. Again congadulations to Maynard, Haywood, and the rest of Pond Creek.
