So does Piarist not have a team this year?? I always looked forward to seeing what their point-rank was...

I think that Prestonsburg & Betsy Layne are to low and Pikeville & Johnson Central are to high.

:dangcompu Computer rankings suck. Johnson Central second? Paintsville 9th? Belfry? The only thing that it reflects correctly is how much parity there is in the region with the exception of Shelby Valley. Still, I hate computer rankings and formulas.

That is a big disparity between first and second place. Until, and if, Justice is not 100% I don't see that wide a spread. They beat East Ridge tonight by 14, the first half was close, and Justice wasn't that dominating, their guards played SV guards close, beat their press easily. I thought I heard that Justice is wearing a brace or something on his shoulder? Until he is 100%, Shelby Valley will not dominate, get well soon, Elisha.

Elisha did have a brace on his shoulder tonight. He seem to play with confidence though, working the ball and taking shots. East Ridge was on them like white on rice until the 3rd quarter. I think that ER just gave up for the most part and some were asking to be taken out. SV's guards are a lot taller than ours and I was impressed to hang with them like we did. Definitely not such a huge gap between SV and ER as these numbers would let you believe. With Justice running at 100% it may be a different story but tonight was a good showing from the Warriors for the most part.
