Butler is my pick going into the season. Coming off from the state championship win in a very close one. There weren't too many teams last season that could do anything with them.
Iroquois has to be my number two pick in the 6th region. Lost to Butler three times last season, only other loss was by 2 to Assumption but they came back and beat them huge later on in the season.

Butler would also be my pick as they are the defending state champs.

With only two losses last season, one which was avenged and the other being their only meeting, it's no surprise there. I think that a lot of people have Dunbar, Lexington Catholic, and Manual at least as their top pick but Butler came out on top last season for a reason. Lexington Catholic took them by like 18 points in their own meeting though so it can done.
