John Henson is the best at covering local sports I know of. http://www.harlandaily.com There is a preview on Thursday for each game and there is huge article with a full stat line on Saturday morning.

There are no SE KY papers that cover the region like Kingsport, Bristol or Bluefield does.
Basically, all of them limit their stories to county teams. Boxes are include for about half the games, and no one does area stat leaders.
At least, not online.
And I've never found a paper that covers Letcher.
Lexington's paper has more boxes than anyone.

If you are just looking for individual stats for Kentucky players, here's a link that may be helpful.

The stats are broken down by class as well...
