If you didn'y make it out to the SC - PCC game you missed one heck of a game. The Kelly kid is one of the hardest runners in the mountains and Travis and the quarterback for PCC are two great players. It went down to the wire but the Cards used some strong defense inside the final minute to nail down the win. Great game, great atmosphere for the season opener.:letsparty

I knew that the Commodores would give the Cardinals a game, most thought that Sheldon Clark would win this one easily.

Sheldon Clark got a good win tonight but it was not easy and I am very sure if Perry Central would of had more time this may of been a Commodore win but i expect the Dores to make some noise in there District this year.

I am very pleased with the outcome of this game. Both teams played hard as I have heard, and I love seeing young athletes representing my old school. Good luck to both teams in the future.

Way to go Cards!!!! just want to say that the O-line done a great job, Ryan Kelly is a beast... Matt Slone done a good job running the ball too. Our defence may still need a little work. But I think the D will step it up next week!!!!

Sheldon Clark played with all they had in them and came out victorious. It was a great first game for the cards and the o-line blocked great.
