I got an update on Pburg back, Allen Craynon. It doesn't look like he will play, he's currently on crutches to take all the pressure he can off of his hamstring. I was also told that it was like one big spasm.
Get well Allen!
Look for seniors, Seth Setser & Blake Meade to get the bulk of the carries in this game.

It's up in the air right now on whether he will be playing Saturday night.

Allen will find out tomorrow after school if he will be released or not, he doesnt really want to push it because breathitt is next week and he wants to be 100% for that game.

Even if they say he's good to go for Paintsville I don't think he should risk injuring it again... hopefully coach John will agree and save him for Breathitt County.

They are going to save him, they have purchased some equipment for him to work out on during the game saturday to work out his leg...so hopefully he will be ready next friday. The spasm is out of his leg now, its just really sore, and he wouldnt be able to play saturday anyway, bc he has sat out all week and he said himself that he needs to get back in shape!

Who all does Prestonsburg have returning? (Im asking because I really dont know). I know they lost Bobby Hughes, but who are some of the key players for them this season?

Michael Burchett (QB) got quite a bit of playing time last year due to the injury of Bobby Hughes who went down halfway through the year with an ACL injury. So, he should be experienced enough to lead this team very far in the playoffs.

There isint a dount in my mind that P-burg will win. But without Craynon is makes it about even. But if Craynon does play P-burg will win by 4 td's. There isint anyone that can stop Craynon on Paintsville. When Craynon gets past the LB's hes gone. But i look for it to be closer game if Craynon dont play. But the Tiger defence has to step up if they wan to compete.

Bad news for the tigers: Allen Craynon will be playing, unless something really bad happens tomorrow.

The physical therapist released him and he is feeling a lot better, but it just takes one little thing to hurt it again. so who knows? if he feels that he cant play, he will pull himself bc he wants to be healthy for next Friday.

That's good, hopefully he will stay healthy tonight in able to play at 100% against Breathitt County.
